Jeff Taft-Dick will hold a small group discussion on “Exploring Spiritual Practices” at the church from 4-5 pm. Some folks find that having a regular spiritual practice is essential to holding steady through life’s ups and downs. This session is an opportunity to explore spiritual practices. The world’s religions teach us that to be healthy and whole, we need spiritual food just as much as we need physical food. We need to be fed spiritually on a regular basis. How do we do this? We feed our spirit by doing an activity regularly that nourishes and lifts our spirit. The purpose of the group is friendship and spiritual growth.
The group uses a set or relational agreements to create a respectful, non-coercive environment in the group. If You can’t attend and would like to read the information sheet on the group, You can download it from our website at https://uuspringfieldvt.org/category/heartbeat/
