Carol Hughes started as our Music Director in September, 2009. She is a multi-faceted musician who has both performed and organized music. Carol first studied piano with Raymond Dellovo - a world class pianist. His style of teaching and strengths he gave to her have influenced everything that came after that. Later, her focus moved to singing. Someone once said they always knew she was around because they would hear singing. From the backyard cliff as a little girl to John Hancock Hall and nightclubs all over Boston, she has sung and played in just about every kind of venue. The love of music from classical, gospel and jazz, to blues fills her everyday life. Carol is happy to be making music at this church with such a beautiful piano, and so many music lovers. The sacredness of heart here is a joy and delight to her.
