Our mission:

...to nurture spiritual growth
and to promote Unitarian Universalist principles and ideals…

On Sunday morning, children and youth up to age 14 attend the opening portion of our worship service and then are sung out to go to their own sessions in our Activities Room. Sessions are led by a dedicated team of teachers with the assistance of other members of the congregation.

Every week, the children and youth begin their sessions with a chalice lighting and the Universal Greeting (from the Gandhi Foundation).

We offer child care for infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers in a nursery filled with toys and books. Our warm and nurturing senior youth and adult caregivers love being with our little ones. Our Religious Education Committee plans the Sunday morning programs for children and youth, using curricula from the Unitarian Universalist Association. Throughout the year, children and youth are also involved in a variety of service projects. Many Committee members and adult caregivers are professional educators. We have a safety policy for the protection of all participants.
